The North Korea crisis represents some of the biggest human rights and humanitarian challenges facing humanity today. We know the incredible resilience and strength of the North Korean people, and we aim to come alongside them and work towards a day when North Koreans are no longer forced to leave their homes; a day when no one is under threat of being sent to a political prison camp merely for criticizing their government; a day when the North Korea crisis is over and the people are able to live freely and fulfil their undoubted potential in their own country.
We believe that this day will come. The status quo in North Korea is not just unacceptable, it is also unsustainable. But we will not wait for change in North Korea – we want to accelerate it. Pursuing liberty in North Korea is our ultimate objective and vision.
